BOAS Training (Boiler Operation Accreditation Scheme)
Aimed at practicing boiler house operatives, this course delves into boiler operation, maintenance, efficiency, environmental awareness, and relevant HSE legislation. It combines lectures with practical demonstrations, allowing participants to familiarise themselves with boiler components such as burners, flues, and economisers. Upon completion, candidates undergo an external assessment, leading to qualifications like Cert.IBO (Certified Industrial Boiler Operator) or Dip.BOM (Diploma in Boiler Plant Management).
